"My 2 nights stay was terrible because I had a very big quarrel with another guest; was allotted a bed in the female room by a woman named Nana;the first night was fine but on the second night, came back from late night work, was tired and I just needed a good night sleep but as I went to my allotted bed,a Chinese guest came in and started shouting and screaming loudly at me,saying that was her bed;there was no staff member to solve the issue; had the worst experience in my entire life"
"Self check in was down, did multiple call were of no help after 1 hr. Meet another tourist who was able to commicate in Japanese and help to check in thru phone. Accommodation was near to train station and supermarket"
"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"I had a great time at Onyado Nono. My most favorite were the traditional Japanese style rooms, the free noodle service and onsen on site. After a tiring day of talking, soaking in onsen was a bliss. They also offer luggage forward service, which was very convenient!
There are 2 train stations close-ish by, ine is about 15mins away and the other is about 12mins but if you dont mind the walk then this is a great choice. 10/10! would highly recommend. "
