「Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back」

Room had everything we needed, however shower leaked below barrier onto floor and the soap trays were not very clean which was a bit off putting. 「We booked two rooms - one of which hadn't been cleaned on arrival but staff were very helpful and quick to sort an alternative room. Rooms are run down unfortunately and could do with some TLC in places. But the rooms are a really good size so as a large family across two rooms we didn't feel cramped. 「Really nice greeting when we arrived, communication was great, as we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was clean and very quiet, so got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was continental and covered all the bases.」

「Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. 「Really helpful arrival instructions. Host there to greet us and ensure we managed the codes etc. Very clean apartment with lovely touches - fruit, coffee, tea, biscuits and milk helped us settle in. Comfy bed, nice shower and compact but manageable kitchen area. I missed having an oven so would recommend booking an airfryer if you are doing food from scratch. I had a few questions and needed to phone the hosts who were friendly and helpful.」
