「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「We stayed here for one week, from Friday to Friday. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire stay. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that was not disclosed before our arrival. Housekeeping was also very limited. During the week, the room was cleaned only once and towels were replaced once. The bed sheets were never changed. The air conditioning did not work...

「Pros: not having a cumbersome check-in process was great - particularly as it meant checking in online before arrival and not waiting in a dreaded queue upon arrival. Likewise for checking out. Cons: this location is incredibly noisy. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a pub where everyone drank outside.
