Rooms were clean, but elevator was out of order which is beyond staff control but ended up having long wait times at busy times. Didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that.

Room was brilliant! Everything we needed! The hotel was located close enough to the main town, but far enough outside that it wasn't too busy, and was easy to find. Hotel is in good proximity to the train station. As walkers, we enjoyed crossing the Hohenzollern Bridge everyday with its iconic views of the cathedral and other sights along the Rhine.
