「The entire hotel experience was of the absolute highest quality. I can honestly say it was the best ever in terms of customer service, amenities, location and comfort. The staff were ALL attentive, personable and appeared to be happy doing their best to make you feel at home. 「Very comfortable and right at the foot of the gondola. Not to worry the gondola is quiet, can’t hear it in the room. The continental breakfast was average and they could find a better coffee brand. Overall I would absolutely recommend , the staff was lovely too !」

「We really enjoyed our two night visit here! Our host, Connor, was very welcoming and friendly. He even assisted other guests with their car problem! Happy hour was fun out on the patio - we met some very friendly people. Black Bear Manor is right downtown with stores just an easy walk away. Also very close to the river! Would definitely stay here again!」

「Overall it was a really enjoyable stay at the Matterhorn. It was quiet, the rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The only thing I think prospective visitors need to know is that while it is a resort town, it looked like there was only one bar open past 10pm. All the other shops/restaurants close around 9pm or so. Other than that, the stay was amazing and the mountain views were absolutely stunning!」
