「The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

「Good neighborhood, close to the tube station and groceries. Very easy to get around and to find it in the first place. Excellent communication with host. The apartments are VERY old - small holes in the walls, a missing frame around the door, stains on the couch, a shower head that isn’t working properly, sharpie stains on the dining room table, a wobbly fan etc. Lovely apartment, nice decorations just old and worn. The noise in the building is unbelievable though. You can hear everything and...

「very bad, check in process took very long, inconvenience payment at the hotel, cannot pay at the property in spite it stated on hotel.com you can, aircon not working properly, very hot, no one attended to our multiple requests for aircon problem, tissue paper and cleaning of garage can, no one even noticed there was a big garbage bag outside our room door for a few days, no staff present at the property for any assistance required」
