「It's well kept property in the heart of Helston. Comfy beds and furnishings. Large bright windows and was stocked very nicely with coffee, tea, cookies and Prosecco. The only drawback are the pigeons that live in the center court, they can be noisy at times.」

「What a beautiful setting, beautiful gardens and quiet. Close to many gorgeous places but we could have happily just stayed on the property. Generous hosts (Lesley and Johnny). Stairs in the barn are steep and roads narrow but would throughly recommend it ❤️」

「The property was quaint and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and some nice cooking supplies. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise and delicious. The washing area in the shed was great, sadly the clothesline was broken but the dryer worked perfectly. The back garden was very private and pretty. One downside was the windows were quite dirty and full of spider webs. The location is good if you have a car as no busses come to the area and taxis get a bit expensive. On a plus...

「Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

「A beautiful barn conversion and the barn is better than the photos, excellent views and very central to a lovely part of Cornwall, plenty to do locally, Whilst you feel your in the middle of nowhere Falmouth and Helston (which is handy for the supermarkets, Tesco & Sainsbury’s) The hosts are very helpful but let you enjoy your own space. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us ( cream tea, flowers & milk) We would definitely recommend and will stay there again.」

「3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog 」

「I rated the property a 4 for cleanliness due to the presence of dust. As an individual with allergies, I noted dust in various areas. The residence itself is aesthetically pleasing, featuring contemporary designs. Communication throughout was satisfactory.」
