"Amazing staff rooms clean and good, breakfast pretty good "

"There were a ton of kids participating in a volleyball tournament so the lobby was always crowded, and our room had a door to the adjoining room which made their noise easier to hear (less soundproofing) The room was clean, did not try the restaurant next door. Staff was good, but they never told us the internet password when we checked in."

"It was a nice size apartment. However, the hideaway bed was so uncomfortable, my children couldn’t sleep on it. We had to buy an air mattress. The worst part of our stay was when we had no water. We needed to check out at 9:30 and when we got up to shower at seven there was not a drop of water in our unit, but we could not contact the front desk because they do not open until nine. Because I booked through Hotels.com I was not able to get a refund. Water seems like the most basic necessity in a hotel room."
