After driving 7 hours with four kids in rainy weather, we arrived at the resort to find the office had already closed. We thought it was no big deal since they had a number to call to get a key after hours. The security desk told me that I could not check in because I was not an owner and that I would have to come back in the morning. He also told us that this was stated on the website. We could not find that policy anywhere on the resort's website nor on hotels.com website. Thank goodness I didn't prepay and they won't have to worry about myself or anyone else I know staying there again.
