「去年五月來住過，今次重遊一連住了五晚。 經驗所得，向大馬路的房間車聲較嘈吵，去年職員送給我一對耳塞. 於是要求埃及接待員給予較寧靜的房間，謝謝他的幫忙, 服務態度良好! 」

「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby...

「I had a very bad experience,the room was dirty,and smelly,there had no fans,it was noisy,and real real unpleasant…the bedding smelt …my husband end up having rash on his body…when I explained to the stuff and asked for a refund,there denied to give a refund……..I real wanna take it further 」
