「This is a hotel that is staffless, and has no front check in desk. It totally relies on technology for checking in and out, and that is a problem in an area with weak Wi-Fi. I would not stay again. We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue. 「I was robbed, they took the payment but refused me a stay for no reason. The staff on reception, a tall Indian man was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of welcoming me, his first words were “we need your bank card to charge you in case you smoke in the room or use any drinks”. I said can’t give you my card because the code and everything is visible on the same side plus I can’t see what you will do with it behind the counter. I said give me a paper and I will put down the info needed. Then...
