"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. "Disgusting room with a bathroom that has full on damp running throughout, so bad everything in the whole room was damp and clammy to the touch, beds were dirty and showed stains under a uv light, stayed 4 days and for the price i am shocked anyone would offer this as an option to stay in at 370 quid for 4 days, would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone until the whole rooms cleaned and the bathroom is fixed, is probably a health hazard as all i could smell was mold"
