Accommodations were great and clean. Air conditioning was great. Room service and staff was great. The dining room staff and food were fantastic.

The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge
The exterior of the hotel is very nice. The fireplace and common area is really nice and welcoming. Staff is great. Rooms are dated and walls definitely need some soundproofing. Overall it was a good stay, will consider coming back in the summer. The surrounding area is beautiful and fun.
