「Everything was as advertised and excellent」

「Clean room, comfortable bed, good WiFi and TV. However , room was freezing when I came in. So I turned on heat, went to dinner for 1 1/2 hours to let it warm up. Bathroom still cold, but tolerable. 」

From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well.
