「The apartment was very good, however we won’t be staying there again based on the check-in process alone. 」

「The property location was perfect, close to lots of things. When we arrived we discovered the toilet was broken and the tv remote was missing. Communication was great to get these things fixed and replaced however the toilet never got fixed and communication deteriorated in regards to this. The property wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped, especially considering we had a small child staying with us who spent most of their time playing on the floor. 「4張椅子2張很破根本不能坐，廚房水槽有乾掉的芹菜黏在上面，床單有一塊未洗淨的髒汙（反應以後隔天進來換了），停車位第三天回家時發現有另外一台車佔用，後面四天晚上都是自己要去外面找車位…直到退房都沒有解決。客服是能夠回訊息，但停車的問題最後還是沒有得到解決，很失望。」
