「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor. 「Internet service worked OK. Our room was in a rear block on up a flight of stairs with no lift. There are "garden rooms" on the ground floor with french doors open to the garden with small patio areas. Request one of these to avoid stairs. Room had Nespresso coffee maker but no fridge for fresh milk, only those tacky plastic milk pods which was out of character with the stylish quality of the rest of the hotel. Restaurant quality of food is outstanding.」

「The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful.
