「I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, room was very clean, bed was so comfortable, everything was nice. The only bad thing was the AC not being cold enough, we reported twice and the explanation they give me didn’t make sense at all. I requested a new room and the hotel was sold out. Breakfast was not included due to buffet being shut down」

「The breakfast was really good. The hotel had a modern flair which was nice. The staff was indifferent. If you have an EV and want to charge it’s very difficult. I asked for help from the front desk and the woman said yes they get lots of complaints it’s hit or miss and they are looking into it. The pool is tiny. The loungers and sofas are all very worn out. 「Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.」

「The staff were very helpful. It was a hot summer day and we wanted to shift from our top floor room to 1st floor room. The staff overextended themselves to accommodate our request. The breakfast was very good.」

「The property itself was clean and exactly what I expected. But what I didn’t expect was to experience the rude, insensitive and racist staff ! I would never stay here again. The front desk staff lady was very rude and nasty to me and my guest」

「The rooms, bar, and dining were top shelf. The actual building is truly lovely. Had a wonderful ambiance. Staff very polite and helpful without making you feel awkward. The restaurant was truly 5 stars. We ate 4 meals and as good as the dinners were (and they were) we fell in love with the breakfast offerings. The only slight stumble is the location of the pool. 「First, the registration office is kind of hidden and it was hard to find it. The room was not very clean and there are really no amenities. The breakfast area doesn't even have tables, only a few bar stools and a high bar area. Also, regarding breakfast, if you can call it that. There's really nothing available except for a few muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice, nothing else.」
