「Jimmy's Emerald apartment was perfect for our stay. It was modern, clean, the bed was super-comfy, the kitchen had everything you might need, and it was lovely not to have to worry about keys (key codes were sent on the day of arrival). We didn't use the shared residents lounge. The location was between 2 subway stops - perfect for getting around Vienna. It was also less than a 30-minute walk to the centre. Spar and Billa supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Fully recommend!」

「Very bad communication between the hotel administration and the cleaningstaff. We arrived at the apt. around 3:00 pm and the apt. was not cleaned yet. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. But the night before I talked to someone because I had not received the code to enter the apt. and I told her we were gone be there around 3:00 pm... Fortunately the nice man stop the job he was going and start cleaning our apt. Very nice .」

「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」

「Overall it’s a nice stay. Only hot water supply system had some trouble. But they repair it quickly.」

「The host is a wonderful person who is always helpful whenever we need help. Environment is clean with a washing machine which is a good plus. The decorations of the purple room is just exactly right-so relaxing with a roof balcony. Good experience will definitely come back.」

「Roomy and convenient, especially full kitchenware for use. However, be prepared for own shampoo body wash etc on top of toothbrush and paste.」
