Einfaches Hotel.

Saubere Zimmer, einfach aber ausreichend eingerichtet, nettes Personal, kein WLAN, mageres Frühstück, fürchterliche laute Musik abends, ging insgesamt alles so.

Best value for money hotel !

Fantastic value for money (we paid less that £60 for dinner, bed and breakfast). Great place to stay after a long day on the road. Little bit dated and a favourite of coach parties and mostly retired couples. We are in our 50's and were the youngest people there! But couldn't fault the staff on reception and the room was spacious (included a separate lounge) and spotlessly clean. Beautiful area - forests and hills everywhere.

Erholung im Pfälzer Felsenland

Tolle, ruhige Lage direkt am Waldrand, so dass man direkt loswandern kann. Wir hatten 2 DZ im obersten Stock mit Blick auf die Felsen rund um den Ort. Nachts beleuchtete "Gipfelkreuze", eine tolle Stimmung. Waren rundum zufrieden und haben auch ein paar Bahnen im erfrischenden Innenpool gezogen. Abends waren wir im Hotelrestaurant essen, konnten gemütlich draußen sitzen, gute pfälzischer Küche, keineswegs zu teuer, eher ģünstige Pfälzerwald-Preise. Jederzeit wieder. Danke an das freundliche Personal!

Wer keine ansprueche stellt kann hier nicht enttaeuscht werden, Dieses Hotel hat dringend eine general ueberholung noetig. Fruehstuecksbueffet mit plastik tischdecken kein frisches obst nur abgepackte wurst, Sehr traurig die angelegenheit. Zimmer mit alten Teppich? Hat vor 20 jahren bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Not recomended ! Very strange place

We booked this hotel in advance through Hotels.com Arrived at 10 pm to this place, Hotel doors were open but reception was closed and there is no one around, except two hanging around drunk strangers. Place looks very strange and filthy and absolutely unsecured for families. It was bad experience for our family, especially after driving all the way from France to Germany. Seems to be Hotel management don not care about customers, if there is any Very strange and bad attitude ! Do not recomend to any one !

Wir bewerten die Situation so, daß das Hotel sich im Umbruch befindet. Aus alt mach neu. Hoffentlich recht bald. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer 116 ist eine Katastrophe. Dadurch leitet auch die Zimmersauberkeit und der Komfort ab. Die Außenanlage und auch der gegenüberliegende Park läßt zu Wünschen übrig.

Service sehr schlecht,Rezeption Besetzung freundlich zuvorkommend!!!! Beschriebenes Resteraunt meistens Geschlossen!!! Schwimmbad gut beheitzt aber Wasser eiskalt und Pool ungepflegt!!!Aufzug seit Monaten defekt.

This experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are pretty and clean. We received the room we asked for. The breakfast service was outstanding, and the hotel has a nice pool and a small playground. There were several drawbacks, however. WiFi is €6 for 24 hours, which is pretty outrageous in an industry where free WiFi is becoming the norm. I would have paid it, nonetheless, if the front desk was ever staffed, but it appears to close at 4 pm. The restaurant attached handles checkins after hours. We also asked for a crib by email before our arrival, and requested it again in person the next morning, but it never arrived. It is hard to resolve issues when the front desk staff is never there.

Prijs - kwaliteitverhouding is prima. Hotel is vergane glorie, broodjes zijn taai maar verder prima ontbijt. Personeel behulpzaam. Matrassen zijn hard (vind ik zelf prima). Zwembad is te koud om prettig in te zwemmen naakte sauna gasten

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel à l'aller et au retour de nos vacances. Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants de 11 et 13 ans et avons apprécié la suite familiale composé d'une grande chambre avec lit double, salon, salle de bain et chambre séparée pour les enfants avec 2 lits séparés. Propreté impeccable au niveau de la litérie comme des sanitaires. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet varié et de qualité (un peu dommage la moquette au sol, forcément tâchée). Petit plus: la piscine et le sauna (mais l'eau de la piscine est très froide). Seul bémol: les oreillers trop mous.

We hebben dit hotel geboekt om te overnachten onderweg naar ons vakantieadres en waren aangenaam verrast door hetgeen ons geboden werd voor betrekkelijk weinig geld;de kamer is eenvoudig maar netjes en het warm eten heel goed voor het geld (15 euro 4 gangen buffet)

Wenn die Besitzer eines Hotels nichts investieren,

dann ist der Teppichboden schmuddelig, blättert überall der Lack ab, funktioniert der Lift nicht und fällt einem die Duschtür beim Duschen entgegen. Das Hotel ist nicht zumutbar.

basic but for a quick overnight stop

Stopped on our way through Germany back from Italy. Basic hotel but good sized family rooms. Reception was closed when we arrived at 9pm but the bar staff were helpful. Pool/sauna not very suitable for children, lots of naked men!! On the plus side - Good breakfast so good value
