The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow.

It's not the hotel, it's an employee (+pool?)

Our stay at this hotel was marred by a very unfriendly employee as well as some misconceptions. The breakfast is twenty Euros per person. While it was adequate, it was worth about 10. For 20, I would expect more as well as the possibility of freshly made eggs. On Monday, the croissant felt like day old bread or purchased from the supermarket pre-made. The morning employee was very kind and nice though!!! The other misconception was about the pool. We picked this hotel based on there being a pool. We did not know that it had to be reserved, it is closed on Sundays, and it cost money to use it. We were there for recuperation, instead we came home as early as possible. The afternoon employee was rude to me, would not fill our water bottles (said it was forbidden) and told me to use the bathroom sink. When asking about the pool she said I should read better and that it isn't her fault if we use an online booking company rather than booking direct. I will not into details about the afternoon employee, but be aware... I was even scolded because I didn't want to keep the heavy key with me going into town. If you are going to the hotel, the rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable. I would avoid interacting with the afternoon staff if possible. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but there is an easily accessible bus and food can be delivered via Lieferando or other such food delivery apps.

Lovar mer än vad som ges.

Vacker villa med trädgård som lovar mer än den håller. Detta genom att delar av trädgården är privat och poolen tillgänglighet är begränsad. Dessutom är matutbudet starkt begränsat vilket inte tydligt framgår i beskrivningen.

Ich bin zum zweiten Mal hier. Und es war noch schöner, als bei meinem letzten Besuch. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Tolles Bad mit einer großen Regendusche. Im Sommer kam ich nun endlich in den Genuss den schön angelegten Garten und den Außenpool zu nutzen. Hier kann man nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag wunderbar entspannen. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Die Villa ist hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen gewissen Charme. Die Rezeption war bei meiner Anreise bereits geschlossen, allerdings habe ich einen sehr netten Anruf mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. meiner Übernachtung erhalten.

Zu teuer für gebotene Leistung

Gute Lage Nähe Landau. Freundliches Personal. Geschmackvoll rustikal eingerichtet. Liegt leider direkt an der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Zimmer sind hellhörig. Der Boden war dreckig, es lagen sogar abgeschnittene Fußnägel herum. Unbequeme Kopfkissen. Sehr raues Toilettenpapier. Sehr kleiner Fernseher wie vor 20 Jahren. Sehr langsames WLAN. Zu wenige Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstücksraum zu eng. Durchschnittliches Frühstück. Insgesamt zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Gemütliches Boutique Hotel

Schönes gemütliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Wir warem im Dezember bei Regen dort. Leider gibt es ausser gutem Wein trinken jedoch nicht sehr viel zu unternehmen in der Umgebung.

Gutes Haus

Ich brauchte eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Trotz später Ankunft war der check-in problemlos möglich, der Schlüssel lag mit Begrüßung und Anleitung im Körbchen vor dem Haus. Zimmer gut, WLAN und Parkplatz kostenlos. Man kann sich Snacks und Getränke aus der Bar des Hauses nehmen und auf Vertrauensbasis bezahlen. Absolut tolles Frühstück! Gerne wieder!

Hôtel à éviter si vous voulez dormir. Dommage.

Chambre Chardonnay dans l annexe Zum Schwanen. Impossible de se reposer car circulation routière jusqu’à au milieu de la nuit. Trop bruyant même fenêtres fermées. Un hôtel c est fait pour dormir d abord. Sinon c est propre c est spacieux. Accueil sympathique et petit dejeuner très bien. Dommage. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Valable que pour les sourds.
