Basically the hotel restaurant was not open. We checked in and the owner disappeared. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It was a. Dry strange experience. We had a mini bar in our room, but basically it was a trip into nearest town 7k away to get provisions.
When we checked out in the morning, we were asked for payment . I explained and showed evidence that we had pre paid. Hotel clearly not used to bookings from Expedia. It was a little uncomfortable for all to say the least.
