「Everything has it's own pin code access; car parking, main entrance, room, garden area, etc.
Make sure you have all the pins sorted BEFORE you arrive, there is no one at the Queens Inn who can help you, albeit they are very friendly and helpful.
Tip: Perhaps keep a small piece of card to write all the pin numbers on so that you are not routing through emails trying to find pin numbers when you desperately need to get into you apartment. 😅」

「East to find nice and clean let down by no welcome pack , really badly scratched non stick pan (should be binned) biggest problem no ventilation at all in the
bedroom small rooflight in the small ensuite .booked for a week left 2 days early due to no way of getting any fresh air in the bedroom way to warm. A rooflight in the bedroom would solve the problem .」

「Good location
Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table!
Agents not countable and very poor communication!
Would not stay again」
