「A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.」

「Easy check in, lovely room with high ceilings. All amenities that we needed for an overnight stay. Clean and tidy but with a few aging marks (cabinets missing edging, curtains not fully hooked up the curtain rings making it hard to close curtains) Breakfast was lovely and plentiful to power us through the next day. Location was central for our needs. We parked at St Nicholas Car Park for pricing and ease (£12 for 24 hours)」

「We were happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and proactive with information. The room was small but clean. Very convenient location for visit the castle. There is a McDonalds right outside the door with a nice play area for kids if you are traveling with children 10 and under. The only down side was the elevator was out of order when we were there.」

「Close proximity to tourist spots. Very close to train station just a 5 minutes walk. Room is tidy in general. A very good boutique hotel and a good choice of hotel for first time visit to Warwick.」

「Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money.」

「Super overnight stay, our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is situated in the countryside very quiet how we like it. There are a few pubs five to ten minutes away that serve excellent food. 」

「Lovely quiet location, parking immediately outside, very friendly welcome. Superb room, warm, clean, fun smart decor. Comfy beds with toppers. Lashings of hot water. Welcome tray with tea(s), coffee, hot choc, biscuits, squash, bottled water. These small things that make the difference included fresh milk in the fridge. Perfectly quiet pre airport/NEC stay. Would definitely return. Thank you! 」
