Booked for one night on a bed and breakfast basis. Was told on arrival that the kitchens were closed and the breakfast would be cold only. There was no way of getting food at the hotel for an evening meal so had to order out. The hotel itself was very tired and in need of renovation. The rooms were adequate but very tired and the room I had was supposed to be a deluxe, However the beds were creaky and uncomfortable and the room was cold. The bathroom was extremely tired, with cracked tiles and some signs of mould on the tiles. All in all not the best stay and would not stay again.

Very comfortable and sensibly priced accommodation. Great connections to the road networks as well. Had a lovely view across a corn field. So impressed I have booked it again next week!

Absolutely rip off , no WiFi no proper lighting in room , the smell off num is still on my staff ,horrible service at breakfast, this is ripp off and going to report it as well.

Avoid at all costs. Claims to have Wifi - nope. Restaurant - nope. bar - nope. This is basically a tired old roadside motel with no amenities whatsoever. Very misleading listing. The place isn't even named as listed - it is actually called citrus hotel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Given the key to a room that’s hadn’t been cleaned. Then given the key to a room with no TV!! No rooms have a TV there is no internet either! This company have taken over this hotel and it’s a shambles. Reception promised to look for a TV and didn’t bother to get back to me.
