"From the moment you arrive, through your stay and even when you checkout, you feel welcomed and treated like your family. Rooms were spotless, pools beautiful and well maintained, beach was very clean and beautifully lit at night. All of the staff were amazing and welcoming. From the room cleaning staff, to the bar staff, to reception staff, even the bell hoppers were great. Special shout out to Francis, Maria, Vicente, Nelson, Patricia, Bryan Bomba and Alvaro for making our stay a once in a lifetime experience. Definitely one for the books. "

"Our stay was incredible. The beach was clean and the staff all work so hard. A few people in particular we loved to see everyday. The restaurants were all great. Buffet was always the last option which was always a hit or miss. A few themed nights were good. The gift shop is well enough stocked and we had to make a few emergency stops there. The drinks were strong and did the job, good service as well. First time in Dominican, was an absolute pleasure. We also booked saona island experience/all day excursion through the resort and was 10/10 (pretty touristy though). The landscapers work very hard and plants looks healthy and lush.
