"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. Top Hato Mayor Hotel Reviews

Emotions by Hodelpa - Juan Dolio

10/10 Excellent

"Lo Recomiendo"

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana - Hyatt Inclusive Collection - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Unfortunately, my recent stay at this resort did not meet the standards I expected. I experienced several issues: Cleanliness: The area underneath the bed had not been properly cleaned. Noise: Outside music could clearly be heard inside my room due to poor sound insulation. Key card: I had to reset or reactivate my room key card five times. Backyard door: The door was difficult to close properly and appeared to require maintenance. Food Quality: During the main dining hours, the meat was frequently undercooked or not properly prepared."

Zemi Miches Punta Cana Resort, Curio by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"We had a an amazing stay (family of four) and could compare like for like to another hotel in DR with a similar standard room - 2 bed villa. In basically every area Zemi came out on top. We did have a couple of issues which were dealt with immediately and that is testimony to the amazingly helpful and well trained staff on site. Our butler Rumelby was a star! Highly recommend this hotel for a family trip."

Donoma Las Terrenas Resort & Villas Autograph Collection

10/10 Excellent

"This resort was amazing! The staff were very welcoming, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Samuel by the pool was the best! Roman and Yennifer in the restaurant were so sweet. Nicolas the security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. The beach was breath taking and the rooms were modern and clean. Although I would recommend more food options in the restaurant and more typical Dominican food options I did enjoy the pad Thai and salmon. The customer service is truly unmatched. I would highly recommend and will be visiting again."
