He was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and cozy. 「My family and I stay here every time we come to Columbus/Phenix City. This was the first time my room was it clean there were food crumbs when we turned the spreads back on both beds and the bathroom was not really clean. Breakfast was not what we were used to. We were highly disappointed」
