A Good location - close to the University and state park and restaurants. Rooms are good. The biggest complaint is how slow the single elevator is.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we enjoyed both our stays this month. The check in clerk, “Chris”, was very helpful and polite. And the breakfast prepared by “Monique” was excellent! She also was super attentive and she kept the area clean and tidy!

This Holiday Inn is extremely run down- was there for 4 nights and room was only serviced once (no the do not disturb sign was not on door) I had to finally insist someone service room. Tub wouldn’t drain had to take a shower in bath full of water. Called and they sent maintenance but because the room wasn’t serviced in a timely fashion the soap scum remained on tub. Positives were front desk was very friendly and the free coffee is actually very good- won’t be returning
