「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. They didn’t even have an extra ice bucket or ice as the wedding was using them all and drained their ice machine. Pretty...
