Convenient for Train to Bern

Stettlen is in a good location for public transport. The train station is 2 minutes walk away and has a direct link to Bern. This is why we chose this hotel. There is a large car park behind the hotel. Food was good and breakfast plentiful.

宿のお爺さんがとても優しくスタッフの方々も明るかったです。冷房がないのが残念に思われる方もいるかもしれませんが、涼しい季節だったため自分は過ごしやすかったです。

This hotel SHOULD BE REMOVED from Expedia. We arrived there at 1030 PM on a taxi, the doors were locked, the lights were off and there was no one to be found for check in. We looked around the property and it was SKETCHY AND SCARY. We knocked at the doors of the hotel and adjacent restaurant and pressed the door bell multiple times! Never received an answer. We called the hotel phone number but to no avail. We called Expedia but no one answered. Thankfully our Taxi driver who was a local waited with us and tried to reach out to other locals. In the end we ended up having to find a rather expensive last minute booking at another hotel. We ended up spending more money on taxi to go there! And guess what EXPEDIA takes no responsibility and their customer service agents find that we “are not willing to understand”. After having used their platform for numerous bookings, I have my doubts now. I can say that also after they didn’t give me my booking points in 2016 .. but I don’t want to dilute. ANYWAYS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. SAVE YOURSELF SOME AGONY.

Basic hotel amenities. Not far from Bern center, so if one has a car, it is pretty convenient. Free car parking is helpful. It is not exactly a family oriented tourist hotel nor a fully functional business hotel. Its kind of in-between. Not much to complain about, nor there is any facility to be excited about.

Gutes Ansprechendes Hotel

Wir, als Paar Vereist, hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Linde. Das Service Personal war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, keine 20 min. vom Berner Hauptbahnhof. In Stettlen angekommen ist das Hotel in nur 5 min. zu erreichen.
