The Capitol Hotel
Floor was dirty. Door lock was difficult to open. Breakfast was good. Parking lot under the building was difficult to get out of, but felt safe.

Rooms are totally outdated. Bed very soft and squeaky. The air conditioner sounds like a jet engine .
