「This property exceeded my expectations. Reasonable in price, comfortable, secure and once this baby boomer figured out the technology side of checking in, etc., it was very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we need to stay in Charlotte.」

「Room was very clean. Check in went very smoothly. Wi-Fi worked Chris Moore ( manager) was very helpful. I needed more Kleenex and didn’t have a toaster- he delivered them in 10 minutes. I had a cracked pot that I gave to him so I wouldn’t get charged for a broken item. He was willing to replace it immediately. Only suggestion I have would be bathrooms should have a toilet brush. Price was very good. Would book again!!!!」

「We had a great stay at Kasa Dilworth! It really felt like our own little apartment away from home! Very clean and comfy. Getting into the apartment wasn’t difficult (I was a bit worried with the “contact-less” check in!) the codes were sent to my phone and we had no problems! I wish we had more time to check out the pool, but they closed at 7pm! Overall it was a great stay, we would definitely stay here again! 」
