「Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up...

「This Hotel is very close to Peabody Conservatory which has been very handy on our visits to Baltimore. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. We have stayed so many ties that they remember our names! Excellent hotel and staff!」
