"It was easy to book and a life saver from our original hotel we were booked it. Beautiful atmosphere good staff. Hallways smell refreshing. The area was not the safest our rental was broken into when we parked on the street due to valet being 65 a night. I would suggest valet be included with room upon booking. The breaking into our car almost stole our joy until we found more beautiful sites to travel to and San Francisco is beautiful "

"poor attitudes of most staff throughout....constantly ran out of many food items to include utensils.....food area was cluttered & looked messy. Had to seek out the manager to get a fork.....the garbage man finally got one for me while covering the forked portion with his dirty gloves. Staff had no regard for the comfort of the guests as they were more concerned with closing early, stacking tables & cleaning floors....they couldn't wait for us to leave 3 minutes after closing....coffee & some food items removed 15 minutes before closing Awoke by barking dog all 3 nights of our stay....even went down to desk ....they said they would talk to resident....Don't think that happened. The general attitude of most staff was they were too busy to get the job done to satisfy the customer. People this is not the Hyatt tradition for which we are accustomed"

"Horrible service from the staff i had a friend coming over to pick me up to go to a party he was looking for my room and they told him to leave or they were honna call security they called me to the room i confirmed he was coming with and they told me if he was in my room i had to leave too using F*** so ofcourse i left and i had booked for 2 nights and i was there just for 4 hours. "
