「Very disappointing business. Tried to reach someone 2.5 weeks ahead of stay by calling their number. Got a rude answering service and never heard back. Tried messaging inside Expedia system over a week before trip and also no response. Proceeded with trip and upon arrival was disappointed in condition of property. Room was not like the photos- and did not have 2 queen beds which was clearly in the description of what I reserved. One was queen, one was “full” (double) sized. No chair at all in...

「Great stay! Arrived quite late but keys left for us and got into our room easily. Soft and clean sheets on a very comfortable king bed! Less than 5 min walk to a great bakery for breakfast. Quick in and out but exactly what we needed.」

「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「Not what we were expecting, floors were dirty and the walls very thin. No nightstands on either side of bed, why? Staff was helpful when they are there.」
