「The staff was great, very helpful. I left two items behind and they arranged to have it shipped to my home so I didn't have to return and pick it up. My only complaint was the sheets had some black marks on them, very small, that my wife noticed. The sheets were clean, they had been washed. It didn't stop us from staying there but maybe the sheets needed to be replaced. Other than that the hotel was great. Very high marks for the staff and their helpfulness. 「From the time we entered the lobby I noticed how clean and beautiful the property was. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in was seamless and smooth. Our room was a king room with an ocean view, the ocean view is looking out over the parking lot and across Highway 101, but still in Ocean view it was clean and very spacious. We only stayed one night, but definitely would stay again.」
