「It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me...
