The hotel is well-located. Despite it being in the middle of the city center, it is not a noisy room. So you can relax after a whole day tour. Cleanliness is ok. Just be sure that when the hotel says "we upgraded" your room, it is really for an upgraded one. It is not a room that they wanted to change you into because they hope to have more guests in the other rooms.

Please avoid this place! It is a moldy, smelly, run down room on top of a nail salon. The person who runs it speaks no English and is very unfriendly. When I asked here if I could do laundry there she looked at me like I was crazy! She watched TikTok till 2 AM and it was loud and noisy. The bathroom was dirty. I really didn't like it andwould not recommend

Go somewhere else. Avoid

I'd avoid this hotel, it's not up to the standards. The only good side of this was location and wifi. I informed them that I will be arriving early in morning and if that's ok to check in. Got message from hotel thats ok. I go there there was receptionist didn't know that I was coming and thoght I would come at night 9pm. I was asked to come back later. Somewhere around 11am got message that my room is ready. I went there got checked in to room. I booked panoramic double room(balcony). Instead I was given queen room which felt like prison. When I notified to reception lady she was oppologetic and told me that room i booked in had leak and can not give any other room. Offered me 300k dong discount. I had no choice but to take it as full refund was not available. The room was not cleaned, bed, pillow and fridge had hair. The bathroom hot water pressure is so bad you might want take cold shower. When you complain to receptionist she asked to WhatsApp her the problem.

A pessoa do contato ele foi prestativa no início, quando voltei a noite para o hotel o controle do ar estava com defeito e mandou eu ir até o outro quarto para pegar o controle, quando fui abrir a janela, saiu do lugar, arriscado quebrar o vidro e causar um grave acidente no hóspede,a tampa do vaso tb saiu do lugar, as cortinas do banheiro e da janela tb quebradas, no final relatei p/a pessoa sobre os ocorridos após o check out simplesmente me ignorou e não sei satisfação em relação aos acontecimentos.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre à 1h du matin. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très sales. Traces d’urines, poils, cheveux, pommeau de douche complètement moisis, draps pas changés... Nous sommes partis desuite et avons pu obtenir un remboursement de la part d’hôtel.com.

私が泊まった部屋は予約の写真の部屋とは全然違った。(サイトの写真全部見たら泊まったのと同じ部屋あったけど…笑) もしかするとこちらがフライト中でホテルからのメッセージに気付けなかったのもあるかもしれないしそこまで気にしてはいないけどね。 部屋は掃除は最低限で適当な感じかな、エアコンはあまり効きは良くない。でも、強力な扇風機もあるからとりあえずは大丈夫です。 ホテルのスタッフもいい感じの人達でした。 場所は少し喧騒から外れた旧市街の西側。地元の人達が行く飲食店が多い感じで自分は好き。 バス停は近くにあまりないのでバス移動するならば不便です。

Alloggiavamo nella stanza 201, a parte la scarsa pulizia, la cosa inammissibile con quelle temperature ed umidità era l'aria condizionata non funzionante! Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti d'inferno! Dopo la prima abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera ma ci hanno detto che l'avrebbero aggiustata. Al nostro ritorno, alla sera, ovviamente questo non era avvenuto e, con la scusa che non c'erano altre camere disponibili, ci hanno lasciati bollire in stanza. Premetto che all'esterno della struttura c'era la scritta che c'erano camere disponibili! Evitare se potete!

快適ですが大きな荷物の人は注意

ホテル内は綺麗に整えられていて快適です。エアコンも良く効きました。 唯一の問題点はエレベーター無しで階段のみな上、その階段の踏み板がとても小さく（特にコーナー部）危なく感じました。 低層階なら快適と思われます。４階以上は荷物が少ない人なら良いでしょうが、スーツケースの人はやめた方が良いです。

SCAM! We booked this hostel but when we arrived were told there was a 'problem' with our room. Not overbooked, nor would they tell us what the problem was. Due to this 'problem', they had booked us in to a disgusting shack of a hotel down the road for the same price! When we said we wouldnt be staying there they then refused to refund us. AVOID!

Bonjour, Nous avions réservé dans l'hôtel pour la nuit. Nous l'avions choisi pour l'arrivée en 24/24 car nous arrivions sur les coups de 00h00. En arrivant, nous apprenons qu'ils n'ont finalement pas de chambre pour nous... Cependant, il est bien écrit lors de la réservation "chambre garantie et payée"... L'hôtel a appelé un autre hôtel juste à côté pour nous avoir une chambre. Heureusement... Cependant la chambre était catastrophique. Nous n'avons même pas voulu prendre de douche dans la salle de bain tellement c'était sale... Bref ma pire expérience surtout pour une nuit à 17€00... Je vous laisserai vous faire votre propre avis sur la situation. Le mien est clairement que l'hôtel s'est fait une marge entre la résa et la chambre que nous avons finalement eu via l'autre hotel. A 00h00 nous n'avons pas vraiment le choix que d'accepter...
