Nice room with balcony

Stayed deluxe double 504 with balcony that has chairs and a table at front of hotel. Good size and facilities. Some noise from passing trains starting 4.20 am but not a problem. Lift (elevator) to all levels. Breakfast was choice of eggs, bacon, sausage or bland pho. Fruit and bread or baguettes . Would stay there next time in Hanoi.

Vi havde en fint ophold hos The Landmark - det ligger centralt, de er rimelige i deres uddlugtspriser mm. Vi havde booket et 'basic' værelse, og her skal man være klar på en (virkelig) hård seng! Udover sengen var værelset rigtig fint.

Hotel midden in de stad.

Over het hotel kan ik alleen zeggen dat het ontbijt goed was. Want ofschoon ik een reservering had diende ik in een ander hotel te overnachten omdat er geen kamer beschikbaar was voor mij.

Hotel staff were very helpful ..good location the city is a bit repetitive... It's the north so expect plenty of rain and not sun at this time of year...hotel breakfast a big let down very poor ... I guess the price of the hotel reflects this ...

It was really nice but we felt that we were placed in the basement which had limited WiFi and was next door to the staff's room so became somewhat noisy. On the whole the staff were nice and the room was tidy.

Hotel war in Ordnung aber nicht das Beste. Frühstück nicht atemberaubend jedoch das nötigste vorhanden. Klo Spülung durchgehend gelaufen war eher unangenehm

No se parece en nada a las fotos

Hotel en malas condiciones, sucio, viejo, las camas horribles, el baño tiraba agua el wc y el lavabo tapado, olía a humedad el cuarto, se supone qué hay wifi pero en toda la noche no me pude conectar, el staff es amable pero no hablan bien inglés. La ubicación ruidosa y mal barrio

酒店訂房資料混亂，明明訂了兩晚，攪來攪去先可確認。訂房時是訂可3人入住及已付款，到達時又說兩人房不可3人入住，要加錢轉家庭房。之後要多次聯絡hotel.com才可不用加錢。若是只住一晚根本沒時間跟酒店理論，必然要多付額外費用。

Bra, hotell rummet var litet men själv valt. Frukost var över förväntan man kunde få olika små rätter tillagade på beställning, det ingick i priset.

旧市街のリーズナブルなホテルです。 すぐ近くにローカルなレストランと外国人も入るレストランもあります。 旧市街の観光スポットには徒歩圏内です。 レセプションの男性がそっけなく you have good room みたいなことを言ってて部屋がアップグレードされてました。細かいところは若干雑ですがいいホテルです。 ベッドは厚めでシャワーのお湯の出はまったくもんだいありませんでした。 次に機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

We were able to check in sooner than expected. Able to do a room upgrade for a small fee. City view was good. Breakfast was very good made to order with some buffet style options.

Overbooking, clients courte durée, changé d'hotel!

Après avoir passé 5 nuits excellentes dans cet hôtel, j'avais pris une nuit supplémentaire entre mon retour de Cat Ba et mon départ pour Da Nang. Il semble que cet Hôtel pratique de l'overbooking et ne garde que les clients les plus rentables. En effet, après 10 heures de moto, l'hôtel m'annonce qu'il y a un problème, mais que heureusement ils ont pu trouver un autre hôtel avec un chambre "bien ,mieux". Je dois donc me rendre à ce nouvel hôtel par mes moyens ou personne ne parle anglais. La chambre est en travaux, il n'y a pas de frigo/minibar, la minuscule fenêtre donne sur la gaine technique, les prises électriques ne sont pas alimentées, les lampes sont inexistantes : seul les fils électriques pendouillent! La climatisation est bloquée à fond et impossible de l'éteindre, du coup ils ont mis un gros duvet! Le petit déjeuner compris, ben personne ne viens dans la salle lorsque je m'y suis rendu a 9h et attendu plus de 30 minutes. C'est juste mal honête. je ne crois pas à l'erreur de réservation!

Hotellihuone oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Mukavat sängyt missä kelpasi katsella iltapuhteella taulu-TV-tä. Suihku oli hankala kun hanan kiinnike repsotti irti ja vesi pääsi kastelemaan koko lattian. Mutta toimeen tuli jotenkin senkin kanssa. Lähistön vanha kaupunki on täynnä elämää ja lähistön Hoan Kiem-järvi on mukava keidas, myös paikallisille ihmisille. Hyvin viihdyimme ja hyvää ruokaa nautimme.

朝食付きでお手頃な価格のホテルです。メニューから1品選べます。私は毎朝フォーを作ってもらいました。ツアー会社でハロン湾ツアーを申し込みした際は、ホテルまでバスが迎えに来てくれます。simフリーの携帯があれば空港でプリペイドsimを購入できて何かと便利です。空港からホテルまでuberを利用して265K VNDでした。 ホテルからイオンモールまでは約50Kでした。静かな場所ではないですが、日常の暮らしを感じられる場所だと思います。夜には付近でナイトマーケットが始まります。Google mapを片手に女１人で歩き回りましたが、何事もトラブルはなかったです。
