The Chi was a great property right in the Old Quarter so close to restaurants, and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet as it was busy in Hanoi. Our room had a balcony, spacious bathroom and the included breakfast was awesome!

Excellent location for all the Old Quarter has to offer. Lots going on around it. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are lovely - helpful and considerate. Room was big with comfy bed and great bathroom with shower.

Fantasic stay. From the outset we were greeted with friendliness. On check in we were given tea and information, and our bags were taken to our room. Stylish and comfy rooms in a great location. To date this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in and you are made to feel incredibly welcomed.

A wonderful stay at The Chi

A wonderful three nights stay at the Chi Boutique. Everything about our stay was wonderful from check in (lovely cup of tea!) to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way. The rooftop bar has great views over the city and the location is unbeatable for the Old Quarter. My room was clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast had a whole host of food options. Would stay again!

The hotel was under some sort of construction so from 8a to about 5p all u hear is annoying banging and drilling. Usually I wouldn’t care since we would be out exploring, but when u have a sick family member there’s no way around it. We were on the 3rd floor w a view of a brick wall. The hotel is in an amazing location close to everything on a v busy street w good security. Breakfast buffet could be better and staff at the front desk were maybe trainees or new. Towels also smell like smoke but apparently they outsource this housekeeping job. Pretty much a disappointment.

This property is a hidden gem along the main artery street of Pho Nha Chung. It is very convenient location where you are accessible to major venues with just a few walk steps away. I was very fortunate to have found The Chi. Boutique Hotel on Google map while searching for hotels. Everything was wonderful at The Chi Boutique Hotel. My father and I really enjoyed our stay. The business owner did an excellent job with the attention to details on the decors. It was very chic with decorative French style setting. We loved it! The staff was excellent and very professional. A special shout out goes to Ms Linh for going the extra mile with our needs. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Hanoi, I definitely recommend this establishment. The fact that they offer transportation service from HAN Airport to the hotel was an extra bonus. It does not get any easier than this! Lastly, their breakfast buffet is very good! If you want American breakfast, they have a breakfast bar where the chef will cook you eggs to your liking. So go ahead and book your hotel reservations with The Chi Boutique Hotel! It is my 5 star recommendation!
