Great location. People that ran hotel were great. Breakfast was good. Cooked to order. Jusr be aware thete is no lift if you require one. Room was clean. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel and staff, ready to assist with any questions or pointers for food in Hanoi. Rented a bicycle easily, delivered in 10 minutes. Balcony rooms offer great view of the Old Quarter, not the busiest street in the area so it's relatively peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Hanoi.

Niestety w środku hotelu wszystko wyglądało inaczej niż na zdjęciach. Dodatkowo brudna wanna z wodą o praktycznie zerowym ciśnieniu. Nie dało się myć. Jednego dnia wody nie było w ogóle. Dostaliśmy brudną pościel, całe szczęście została wymieniona. Dodatkowo informują, żeby nie włączać klimatyzacji na zbyt długo, bo może spowodować to pożar. Więc strach ją w ogóle włączać. Śniadania mocno średnie, a obsługa chodząca w koszulce na ramiączkach i krótkich spodenkach wygląda bardziej jak gość "hotelu" niż pracownik. Brak windy i mieszkanie na 4 piętrze, to także dość duży minus tego hotelu. Dodatkowo beznadziejne wifi. Trzeba było podchodzić do drzwi wyjściowych, żeby złapać zasięg. Złapanie wifi z łóżka było praktycznie nie możliwe. Dodatkowo szefostwo nie może zdecydować się czy to hotel, czy hostel. Na stronie można przeczytać, że jest to Hotel. Jednak na szyldzie przed wejsciem jest napisane hostel, w środku zaś znowu Hotel. Może i jest to Hotel, ale na pewno nie zasługuje na 3 gwiazdki. Jedynymi plusami była okolica w której znajdował się budynek i dość miła obsługa. Jednak mimo wszystko nie polecam. Lepiej dopłacić troszkę pieniędzy i mieć spokój.

Good Hotel for 1 or 2 Nights

The location was perfect for us as we wanted a hotel close to the centre of town. The rooms are very small and narrow with little room to walk around the beds. However the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is no lift at this hotel, and our room was on the top floor, which meant we had to carry our suitcases and bags up four flights of stairs. The staff did help with my friends case though. We had breakfast included in our stay which was cooked to order and was good for the price. Overall a good hotel for a one or two night stay max.

Tres bon quartier plein de vie, proche du lac. Belle chambre avec terrasse sur la rue (bruyant mais ça ne me gêne pas personnellement). Fond de la baignoire sale. Cafards qui se baladent pendant le petit déjeuner. Location de scooter trop cher. Ils essayent de vendre les billets de train/bus plus cher que la moyenne et proposent de les négocier ...

Great hotel, recommend!

A very good hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and you felt very welcomed! The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t as good were the WiFi connection in our room on the 4:th floor. If you have a problem with stairs, that be aware that there are a lot of them.

Cheap ok hotel.

Good cheap hotel, breakfast was instant noodels. Staff trying are trying to sell you tours to other places. A bit to much for my taste. But for the price it's a good hotel for sure. Good location.

I'm sorry to write this because the staff was very nice and did their best with a bad situation. The toilet leaked so we were moved to a different room on 2nd day. Then the water gave out in this room. It was restored after a day's wait but then the sink leaked onto the bathroom floor. Toilets are ancient and can't accept toilet paper. You must throw the soiled paper into the rash basket. The hotel is run down and there are wires hanging about. It could be dangerous.

Trotz freundlichem Personal & guter Lage

Unsere erste anlaufstelle in Hanoi war das Stars Hotel. Das personla war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Leider war das zimmer nicht schön. Aus der Dusche kam nur sehr wenig aber dafür auch nur kaltes Wasser. Der Fernseher hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich suber. Wir haben nach zwei Nächten in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt. (Balocony Homestay - sehr zu empfehlen)

値段にあった宿です。

グーグルマップを使って行くと場所はちょっとわかりにくいけど、外観の写真を覚えていれば大丈夫。 朝飯は値段にあったシンプルな感じでした。 wifiは普通に使えました。

Vi bookede 2 nætter her med en dags mellemrum da vi tog til Halong Bay. Den første nat havde vi et værelse med karkelakker, dårlig bruser og ikke helt rent. Den anden nat kommer vi tilbage og de siger at airconen er gået i stykker på det nye værelse vi har fået og at der loge går 5 minutter. Det ender så med at vi næsten sidder i 2 timer uden at få noget af vide. Da de i receptionen endelig siger vores værelse er klar, skulle vi op på fjerde sal (uden elevator) og da vi kommer derop er de stadig indgang med at reparer airconen. Det ender med at vi må gå ud og spise så de kunne blive færdige. Dagen efter havde vi booket en chauffør fra hotellet til lufthavnen og det var chaufføren der ringede til os på værelset, flere gange inden for få minutter. Da vi kom ned i receptionen så måtte bare lægge nøglen på bordet, da der ikke var noget personale selvom der står der er 24 timers reception.

Had a lovely stay here. The location is absolutely perfect in the Old Quarter but not the overly busy touristy, backpacker area. This area was more quiet. Had a lovely room with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic, but enough to start the day.
