Super hotel for the price

Just as fantastic as the last time we were there. It's also conveniently situated in the old quarter, so every sight there is reachable on foot.

Nice cozy hotel in Ha Noi old quarter

Good pickup from the airport at a reasonable price. Welcoming and very friendly staff at arrival. The room was nice, and has all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent, with several items to choose from. Very central in the old quarter, where you have everything within walking distance: Sights, shopping and good eats. All in all not a bad little hotel for the price. We came back after a trip to Ha Long Bay two days later and they had upgraded us to a bigger room. What's not to like:)

This hotel has been permanently closed due to Covid-19 situation. It has been over one month but still not yet refunded. Wish other customers don't get through what I had. Hotels.com should update the availability.

I am sorry my review was so late. I stayed there almost a year ago, but I still remember having a great time. The room interior was very pretty with flower assortment. The furniture was antique. The welcome snack and Lotus tea were so good. The breakfast Vietnamese buffet was very delicious. The lady at the front door was amazingly attentive. She helped me find a taxi company no to be overcharged. I definitely want to go back when visiting Vietnam. Thank you so much.

Staff was wonderful. Before I arrived, they were very responsive to my emails. Breakfast was great! Room was small and cozy. My only complaint was the room had an unpleasant odor, but they would spray each time I requested. I think if they changed the filters in the air conditioner the smell would probably go away. I would definitely stay there again!

When we had arrived to the hotel, they had upgraded our room. It was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. I was very impressed with the hotel. I wish i would of known earlier about this hotel, since i had stayed the previous week in Ha noi for 3 days at another hotel. This will now be my go to hotel when i go to Ha noi every year. The free breakfast was also very good.

Exceptional Service

The level of service by Danny Boy and his staff was superb.They were all so kind , courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable and nice and quiet. The location was superb to all that the Old Quarter had to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Hanoi visit.
