Staff is nice,but management of hotel is worse. Because, as I arrived at night, no rooms and I stayed at SPA Room with staff. I did book & payed in advance. Also, door lock at bathroom is broken in the dormitory. However what made me feel relieved is that the staff are kind and supportive.

Probably the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. Arrived late and tired, and they did not have a room available despite having a reservation. Got walked through the rain to a room in the back of someone's house. Mattress was painful. Once I got moved back into the actual hostel it was still bad, just less so. Aircon is the worst I've experienced in SE Asia.
