Location was good - a convenience mart was just outside the hotel. Staff were friendly , especially their manager Jasmine. Lovely stay in Hanoi at this charming hotel with such friendly and super helpful staff. First night was a v.noisy due to some loud guests but Jasmine kindly moved me to a different room as well as recommending and booking tours! Nice rooms that had more than enough space for me and my girlfriend to move around comfortably. Rooms are well kept and clean. The staff all speak english very well, very friendly and will answer your questions the best that can.
