Located at decent area in Hanoi, a bit far from hustle and bustle of old town.still cozy restaurants and shops are nearby.and walking distance from old town. Staffs are very kind and friendly.they prepared the morning food box for me to check out 3 a.m. to catch my flight. One thing I missed is hot shower after soaking myself in hot bathtub.once fulfill the bathtub by hot water, shower’s water is not hot enough. Overall conifer boutique hotel is worth its cost and I will chose this hotel when I come back to Hanoi.

The conifer is an intimate boutique hotel with all the amenities, but none of the officiousness. We enjoyed our two nights stay with them tremendously, and I highly recommend this property. It is well located and yet slightly off track from the high tourist areas.

The staff at Conifer Boutique Hotel make your stay with them a wonderful experience. Both concierge Liam and Quan were the absolute best. They are intelligent, friendly and excellent providing the highest level of guest services. I arrived very late at night Quan was willing and able to help get me settled into my room. Liam was brilliant. I watch how they are both consummate professionals. The rest of the staff work well together as a team. Helping each other out when the hotel was slammed with a bus load of passengers and many stayed to eat the delicious food that is served at the hotel. The morning breakfast has many delicious choices, and excellent coffee. I only had one bad experience when another concierge refused to call a taxi for me and as a result I fell on the sidewalk while trying to find my way to my destination.

All the Staffs are very helpful and kind. They helped me to make reservation at restaurants, quickly switched me to another room when the electricity of my original room went down, and also took me to the nearest bank ATM (which is just a bloch away from the hotel but you wouldn't know if you're not familiar with the area). The room is cosy and clean, and within walking distance from some sightseeing places. I would surely return here again, and also would definately recommend this hotel to everyone if you're an experienced traveler and don't need much fussing.

Very Good !

It was my first time to stay at your hotel. The room was splendid and clean with nice interior furniture. We were able to make ourselves comfortable . In particular, the lady at the reception spoke to us in perfect English. While staying, she helped us to go to spa, and found a bike taxi for us, because of being so crowded in the town on holiday. That was our most exciting moment to take the taxi! We really appreciate her kindness.

Arrived at 12:30am the gentleman that greeted us was lovely. We had two rooms 802 & 1001 802 had a balcony, 1001 did not Both rooms were spacious, however a few things in the room have seen better days. Paint walls were stained and some had water damage peeling. Bathroom fixtures had a thick layer of limestone Shower curtain could be replaced. Bathroom glass had blinds from the outside however you could see everything inside the bathroom. Would not recommend to book for non couples or people who require privacy while using the loo. The bedsheets were surprisingly super clean… This place has so much potential and in a great spot. Proper Reno’s ( not just a coat of paint) and this place could be a true boutique hotel.

Can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of the business and shopping district of Hanoi. Perfect for sightseeing on foot. A great little boutique hotel. I would stay there again. Ideal for single travellers.

The Conifer Boutique Hotel is the only place for min in Hanoi. This was my second time there and they did not disappoint. The staff is genuinely friendly and the facilities are comfortable and clean. Breakfast presents you with vegetable and meat options and plenty of fresh fruit. The juices are made on site. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi.

Incredibly close to the Opera house which is convenient given the Opera house is a primary staging area for travel pick-up and drop off. A little noisy from traffic but quieted down at night and was not bad at all. The pastries at breakfast (croissants) were top notch! We sat at breakfast and watched them walk over fresh trays of pastries from the bakery across the street. I should have stuffed some in my pockets to eat later ;)

空港からエアポートバス(45,000ドン≒270円)でホテルの近くまで一本です。 オペラハウスのすぐそばで、旧市街までは徒歩圏内と立地は悪くありません。 多少年季は入っていますが、ホテルは清潔、スタッフは親切ですので安心して滞在できます。 また利用したいホテルです。
