The hotel breakfast was good and the Hotel's cleaner was good too :) But the person at the counter was not kind. and most of the hotel's room facilities were old, even the room structure was not convenient as well.

Cheap hotel & dirty room

Dirty room, only the lobby is clean & nice to attract customers. The room is very old, shower is small, just a tub, slow water with barely no hot water. Toilet is dirty. Room is noisy, and you can hear next door neighbor/kids all the time. Wouldn't stay here again.

Ok hotel, det levede bare overhovedet ikke op til vores forventninger ud fra billederne. Det er i dårlig stand, der er fugtigt og meget lyt. Det ligger tæt på togbanen, og det kunne høres om natten… Da vi ankom til værelset sent om aftenen, var vinduet ikke lukket, så der var fyldt med myg på værelset. Desuden var personalet ikke særlig servicemindet. Vi valgte derfor kun at have en overnatning i stedet for 6 som planlagt.

カビ臭くて古くて汚いです。セーフティーボックスも簡単に持ち出されてしまいそうな物で不安で利用できませんでした。ドライヤーも壊れているし、ホコリだらけだし、停電もするし、スタッフも身なりが適当で、ホテルというよりバックパッカー向けの安価な滞在先でした。朝食付きでしたが、パスしました。再利用はないです。

日本語は通じませんが、セキュリティボックスが使えないのを直してくれたり、交換して使えるようにしてくれたり、こちらの要望はきちんと叶えてくれました。また飛行機の時間が夜中だった為、レイトチェックアウトも80万ドンかかりますが、させてもらえました。 旧市街に近く、観光には便利な立地で、近くにはサークルKもあり、不便は感じませんでした。 朝食もビュッフェ形式で、注文すればフォーも食べられました。

Emplacement idéal pour le vieux quartier Personnel amical La chambre était propre, par contre, l'isolation n'était pas bonne, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait autour la nuit. Faire attention, certaines chambres disent avoir une fenêtre, mais en réalité c'est une petite fenêtre qui mène en arrière en cas d'urgence (donc aucune vue et aucune lumière).

Ziemlich heruntergekommen. Ist aktuell keine Empfehlung wert. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Die Dusche in der Badewanne kennt nur kalt oder heiß. Für Menschen ab einer Körpergröße von 180 cm nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück war einfach aber soweit OK. Die Lage ist in Ordnung wenn nur die Eisenbahn nicht wäre, die gefühlt mitten durchs Zimmer fährt.

The staff are amazingly nice, they make you feel welcome and give you good advice to help organise your trip around there. Special thanks to Mai who took care of us, a highly professionnal manager. The room is big with a super comfortable bed. Wonderful view from the room. The breakfast is yummy, from western classics to vietnamese dishes.!
