Leuk hostel in het oude centrum

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, prima bedden en fijn dat er gordijntjes zijn voor privacy. Ook is er een groot genoege locker voor je tas. De locatie is ook leuk, lekker tussen de bewegelijke drukte van de stad, er zijn veel eet mogelijkheden op loopafstand van verschillende prijsklassen. Ook een meer is heel dichtbij waar je lekker kan relaxen (zeker in het weekend, zonder verkeer) er is veel lokale bevolking dus je krijgt echt het gevoel van de stad!

Best team of staff I have ever met

BC Family Homestay was a clean , tidy , safe place to stay. it was well priced and provided comfortable bedding and towels bur what what I really want to talk about is the staff. they are incredible! from the first welcome to the last goodbye they went above and beyond I got my phone stolen out one night and the staff at BC were amazing and understanding. I was frightened from being mugged and they helped me calm down and what I needed to do, they sorted me a ride to the police station and were very supportive. They then sorted cars to the airport and then again helped me with transport in another city where my next hotel staff could not help me. I was traveling solo for my first time and the staff at BC are the reason I would come back to Vietnam I cannot thank them enough

Wonderful Budget Accommodation!

I had a wonderful stay at the BC Family Homestay. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. The surrounding area is convenient for walking to many places and is close to the party streets, if that's what you are looking for, but it's very quiet inside the hostel. The bathrooms are clean and spacious (the staff provides sandals to wear upon entering it). The rooms are simple yet clean. If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay, BC Family Hostel is the right place. I would definitely stay here again!

friendly staffs~

It was ok. Friendly staffs can help you everything you ask.but you need to share the bathroom with other guests even though you use single room. the bathroom is quite small, you just rush to wash, and breakfast is not included you find a place to eat outside near the hotel.

friendly staffs~

Very friendly and helpful staffs. A bit difficult place to find, but taxi driver easily find this place with an address. No elevator so you need to carry your luggage to 2nd or 3rd floor, but the friendly staffs will help you.good value for money.

near the old town. quite convenient.

Although there is no great view, the staff is the most excellent I've ever met in Vietnam. When I forgot the location of the hostel at the midnight, the staff Sam at the reception kindly brought me back to hostel. Also, their suggestions on day tour and food were very nice and local priced.

Hostel for a Good Cause

BC Family is a non-profit organization that helps feed poor patients in Vietnamese hospitals that can't afford food. Therefore, staying with them or booking any trips through them are for a good cause. The staff is AMAZING! They are very helpful with planning trips and seeing sights. They also are very willing to take you with them to grab a bite to eat and show you where to get the best street food. They are fun to talk with and are also helpful with any other problems you may have. That being said, BC Family is NOT a true homestay. It is essentially a hostel. It has one room with about 5 beds in the back of a travel agency. The beds are hard. The one bathroom is stuffy and small, but clean. And the AC is sometimes not turned up enough.

親切でアットホームなスタッフ

ベトナムハノイに初めての滞在でしたが、スタッフの方々が親切丁寧に対応してくれました。旅行予定はほとんどノープランでしたが、おかげさまで安全に楽しく過ごすことができました。またホテルだけでなくツアーやボランティアの活動もされているということで、次回はぜひそちらにも参加したいです。
