"The bathroom was tiny for a room that was charged for 4 adults by the hotel. Its almost like a cruise ship bathroom with extermely poor design from the sink (practically no space to keep the stuff - you would have to hold your things and keep it outside the room) to the towel rack which is very high and directly over the toilet. No automated flush (airport have a better toilet). Curtain in the bathroom. Only one mirror outside the room by the main door and if you are getting ready - you will be hit by the door. Also, entire hotel has "strict" directions for the guests. Don't do this or that - not treating them like adults. They replaced water bottles with an empty jug that you would have to fill out from the lounge area. Jug so poorly designed that you would likely spill water in the room. The room should not be sold for a family of four and not charged children as adults for everything just because you are able to fit two double beds in the room. Also, the night pyjamas are hidden in the drawer and just one long shirt (unsure if anyone wears them). Not recommended. Staff told me this is what you would get if you want to "save" money - I was confused!"

"The double occupancy’s room was way smaller and more expensive than the single occupancy one, which we thought was weird. The check in was smooth and everyone at the front desk was helpful. There was one lady serving breakfast who was surprisingly rude when I tried to put ice in my water bottle in the breakfast/dining room. I tried to explain that the ice machine did not work on our floor nor the one below it but she kept repeating NO and pointing for me to leave. It’s possible I committed a huge Japanese faux pas and just didn’t know it but the repeated NO from the server lady wasn’t helpful. "

"Half the floor our room was located on had a constant loud rumble caused by the rails below resonating with the building. This is NOT normal train noises and is constant from 5am to 1am. The staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Refusing to change our room or make any effort to resolve the issue. After one night of this noise we decided to cut our losses and booked a new hotel. No refund for remaining nights offered. The elevators were slow and clunky, the bathroom of the room smelt and at times the elevator lobby area also smelt, probably due to the microwave being located there in an enclosed space. Would not recommend this hotel or this company again to anyone."
