「Unfortunately there were a lot of issues with my stay - the front desk staff were nice given the circumstances but my room was dirty for most of my trip, and I had to continually ask for it to be cleaned. The TV also did not work, and it the communication was quite poor with the hotel. I was told the staff would talk to management about my room and update me, and did not hear anything back.」

「This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not...
