「It took 2 hrs after check in to receive my rooms. The pool was dirty as well as the whirlpool was out of order. Some of the ice machines weren't working as well!! The lounge had a musty smell to it. Never had this experience before, will not stay there again.」

「Excellent hotel in all ways.」

「Very nice 」

「Overall, nice facility. But the toilet ran on and off all night, which was disruptive to sleep. And there was dirty laundry under the chair in the room. When I told the front desk about the issues, there was no effort to give us a new room or compensate for the annoyances.」

「The only soap in the bathroom was in the shower. The coffee maker did not work the first day. Only one outlet worked for charging my phone and computer, and it was in an inconvenient location.」

「环境优美」

「Very knowledgeable and attentive staff who provided an excellent suggestion for dinner. Loved the ambiance and large rooms of this historic hotel.」

「Will stay again.」
